Scope of Services

Sharp Project Management provides tools and consulting for task organization, prioritization, and project progress monitoring. Services are provided exclusively based on a written contract or a confirmed order.

We do not guarantee specific results, such as the successful completion of a project or the achievement of financial indicators, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Sharp Project Management undertakes to treat data with confidentiality and to perform services with usual professional diligence.

• The Client has the right to request periodic reports on the project status.
• The Provider may suspend access to the platform in case of non-payment or breach of terms.
• Both parties agree to amicably resolve any disputes that may arise.

Limitation of Liability

Sharp Project Management is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by the use of the services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The total liability of the Provider for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the last 12 months.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be considered at fault for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics, general strikes).

Termination and Modification of Terms

The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice, by written notification to the email address info@sharpprojectmanagement.com.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, with prior notice to clients 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• In case of a serious breach of terms, the contract may be terminated immediately.
• The Client's data will be returned or deleted upon request, within 30 days of termination.

Payments and Returns

Invoices are issued monthly, and payment is due within 14 days of issuance. In case of delay, a penalty of 0.2% per day applies.

Returns are only possible for unused packages, within 7 days of purchase. Already provided consulting services are non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

Prices are expressed in lei and include VAT, where applicable. Any price change will be communicated 30 days in advance.

Final Provisions

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.

• All notifications shall be transmitted in writing, on a durable medium.
• Clauses declared null and void do not affect the validity of the other provisions.
